In re Tokhmanian, B208427

In habeas proceedings arising after a grant of parole to prisoner serving an indeterminate life sentence for murder was reversed by the governor, grant of petition for writ of habeas corpus finding the governor's decision untimely is reversed where: 1) grant of parole did not become effective until the trial court reinstated it; and 2) the governor's decision reversing grant of parole, within 30 days of that date, was timely.
