After an arbitration award was reduced to judgment in a claim alleging defendants had wrongfully deprived plaintiff of his company stock, grant of defendants' motion maintaining that the proceeds from plaintiff's pre-arbitration settlements completely offset the judgment against them is affirmed where the order was an appropriate exercise of the superior court's discretion in enforcing a money judgment.
