Lee v. An, B202186

In a claim by plaintiff-attorneys against defendant for illegally and without plaintiffs' knowledge practicing law without a license and falsely conducting a law practice under name of plaintiffs' law practice, denial of defendant's motion to vacate a default judgment is affirmed where: 1) the judgment was voidable, not void; and 2) defendant's motion to set aside was untimely.
