In an action to recover under a disability insurance policy issued by defendant-insurer after plaintiff-business owner sustained injuries from an automobile accident, summary judgment for defendant-insurer is affirmed where the trial court correctly determined, as a matter of law, that plaintiff was not totally disabled.
