Conviction for involuntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, and dissuading a witness is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) under the circumstances of this case, aggravated assault was a lesser included offense of involuntary manslaughter; and 2) defendant could not be prosecuted for aggravated assault when the more specific offense of involuntary manslaughter applied.
