Mt. Holyoke Homes, LP v. California Coastal Comm'n, B201517

Decision disapproving the parcel map and coastal development permit approved by a city for plaintiff's development of a three-lot subdivision is reversed where: 1) plaintiff was estopped from contesting defendant-commission's jurisdiction; and 2) plaintiff had an obligation to contest commission's jurisdiction promptly after the date on which it contended that commission lost jurisdiction.
