In proceedings brought after plaintiff-police officer was terminated based on misconduct, partial grant of her petition for a writ of administrative mandate seeking reinstatement is affirmed over the parties' claims that: 1) the trial court erroneously refused to suppress the evidence supporting one count; and 2) the trial court erroneously suppressed the evidence supporting another count.
