California Court of Appeal

In re H.M., B200933

Juvenile court finding that defendant possessed a concealable firearm is affirmed where: 1) the trial court correctly held that a pat search was justified because a detective had a reasonable suspicion defendant was armed; and 2) the juvenile court did not err by denying defendant's suppression motion.
