In an action for negligence and product liability for injuries sustained during employment at LAX airport, grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant company is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) Sanchez v. Swinerton & Walberg Co., (1996) 47 Cal.App.4th 1461, misstated the governing legal principles; and 2) there were triable issues regarding the completion and acceptance of respondents' work on the pertinent machine.
