In re Johathon T., E043805

In a matter arising in juvenile court, maximum confinement of nine years for one count of home invasion robbery is affirmed as modified over claims that juvenile court erred by: 1) setting minor's maximum confinement time at nine years, rather than six years; 2) denying minor's request for a 90-day diagnostic evaluation at Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ); and 3) committing minor to DJJ.
