California Court of Appeal
People v. O'Neil, A117078
Conviction for possession for sale of illegal narcotics is affirmed in all respects but remanded to the trial court with directions either to strike one condition from the conditions of defendant's probation or to revise the condition where: 1) a condition of defendant's probation forbidding him from associating with persons designated by his probation officer was too broad; but 2) it could be corrected by inclusion of more precise language.
