California Court of Appeal
People v. Becerra, G038851
Conviction for murder, street terrorism, and possession of a firearm by a felon is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) defendant's indictment for murder and street terrorism counts was impermissibly based on perjury before the grand jury; and 2) insufficient evidence corroborated testimony of his accomplices. Sentence is vacated and remanded for resentencing where the Attorney General conceded to errors in sentencing.
