Wilson v. Murillo, A118499 & A119121

In a lawsuit brought by a disabled-plaintiff claiming that he was refused service, ridiculed, and harassed by restaurant-defendant in retaliation for his efforts to ensure that the restaurant's accessibility complied with Americans with Disabilities Act, summary judgment and an award of attorney's fees for defendant are reversed where the record presented material issues of disputed fact which could support a finding that defendant's conduct was unlawful under the governing standards of the ADA.
