Conviction for attempted arson and resisting an executive officer charges is affirmed over claims that: 1) there was insufficient evidence to support his convictions; 2) the trial court should have instructed the jury on the lesser-included offense of resisting a peace officer; and 3) the trial court abused its discretion in denying his post-trial access to juror information and his motion to dismiss a Three Strikes allegation for resentencing. Case is remanded for the limited purpose of permitting the court to exercise its discretion to decide whether to impose sentences consecutively or concurrently.
