A juvenile court order finding defendant a ward of the court and placing him on probation after sustaining a petition charging him with possessing a switchblade knife, graffiti tools, and marijuana is affirmed where: 1) although defendant brought a motion to suppress, it was not pursued by newly appointed counsel before its hearing to constitute an ineffective assistance of counsel; and 2) there was sufficient evidence to support the dispositions on the offenses of switchblade possession and graffiti tools.
