Grant of summary adjudication based on defendant's failure to comply with pleading requirements for opposing summary adjudication and default judgment, entered upon defendant's failure to appear at trial, is affirmed where: 1) defendant did not file the requisite "separate document" under Code of Civ. Pro section 437c by merely submitting statements of opposition without any arguments, citations to authority, or citations to evidence; and 2) defendants were not denied due process.
