An order denying plaintiff's petition for reconsideration of an award of benefits to an injured worker is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff failed to show that it carried its burden to prove actual knowledge sufficient to end the tolling of the statute of limitations; and 2) the underlying evidence was insufficient to support a finding on estoppel grounds.
