Judgment committing defendant to the State Department of Mental Health for an indeterminate term as a sexually violent predator (SPV) is affirmed where: 1) amended provisions of the Sexual Violent Predator Act was not applied to defendant retroactively; and 2) defendant's constitutional challenges were without merit.
