Judgment in a marriage dissolution case is reversed and remanded for retrial on grounds of fundamental unfairness and due process violation where, after displaying some impatience and agitation, the family law judge arbitrarily declared the trial over and left the courtroom while an expert witness for the husband was on the stand in the midst of being questioned by counsel.
