In a coverage dispute arising from a homeowners' construction defect claim wherein general contractor's insurer sought equitable contribution from a drywall subcontractor's insurer, denial of general contractor insurer's motion for summary judgment is affirmed where neither the pleadings nor extrinsic evidence in the underlying action revealed a possibility that homeowners' claims against the general contractor might be covered by the drywall subcontractor's policy.
