In an action wherein a beverage distributor sued a California company alleging that it had a contract for exclusive distribution in certain geographical areas which was improperly terminated without good cause, grant of defendant's motion for nonsuit is affirmed where there was no evidence of an agreement with the California company requiring good cause for the distributor's termination.
