In a living trust settlement action wherein the probate court sustained an objection to a beneficiary's proposed compensation on grounds that the claim was untimely under Code of Civ. Pro. section 366.2, the order is affirmed where: 1) the claim was not timely under the statutory scheme governing administration of claims against a decedent's revocable trust; and 2) a challenge to the probate court's denial of a motion for relief under Code of Civ. Pro. section 473 subdivision (b) was unreviewable.
