California Court of Appeal

In re Vincent G., C055068

In a juvenile proceeding wherein gang-related conditions of probation were imposed on a minor, the order is affirmed but modified in part where: 1) hearsay evidence was properly admitted at the disposition phase of the juvenile delinquency case; 2) the contested "gang conditions" did not fail the reasonable test under People v. Lent, 15 Cal.3d 481 (1975); but 3) certain conditions of the minor's probation required modification to include the element of his personal knowledge.
