California Court of Appeal
People v. Margarejo, B196889
In a case involving substantial evidence review of gang enhancements to a sentence, the sentence is affirmed over defendant's claims that 1) the jury had no basis for finding his gang a "criminal street gang"; 2) no evidence showed his evasion of police in a car chase was related to his gang; and 3) no evidence supported a finding that his gun possession was "gang related".
