Conviction for battery with infliction of serious bodily injury on a fellow inmate at a substance abuse treatment facility is reversed and remanded in part where the trial court's failure to hold a Marsden hearing precluded appellate review of whether defendant had a meritorious claim of ineffective assistance of counsel.
