In an action where defendant's firearms collection was confiscated when he was detained for mental health treatment and evaluation, a judgment sustaining a five-year firearm prohibition and ordering a firearms forfeiture, as well as a denial of a motion for reconsideration, are affirmed where the trial court: 1) did not abuse its discretion in issuing its judgment; and 2) did not err in denying defendant's motion.
