1100 Park Lane Assocs. v. Feldman, A113034

In a landlord-tenant dispute involving unlawful detainer action against tenants and several causes of action instituted against the landlord, trial court's order is reversed in parts which denied landlord's anti-SLAPP motion to strike tenant's causes of action for negligence, breach of implied covenant of quiet enjoyment, wrongful eviction under the Rent Ordinance, breach of contract, and unfair business practices. The matter is remanded with directions to grant the motions as to those causes of action.
