California Court of Appeal
Ayala v. Arroyo Vista Family Health Ctr., B193104
In a medical malpractice suit, trial court's denial of plaintiff's motion for new trial after giving the jury CACI 506 (alternative methods of diagnosis and treatment instruction) is affirmed where jury instructions as a whole were nonprejudicial even though CACI 506 was erroneously given to the jury.
