People v. Walz, B198077

Sentence imposing a $200 sex offender fine pursuant to Penal Code section 290.3 is vacated where trial court is unauthorized to impose fines less than the prescribed statutory amount. Case is remanded for the trial court to determine whether to impose a $300 sex offender fine as prescribed in section 290.3(a) and to impose additional mandatory assessments and surcharges.
