Rippon v. McPherson, B199297

In an action seeking an order declaring California's Proposition 140 void in its entirety and an injunction enjoining its enforcement, grant of the Secretary of State's motion for judgment on the pleadings is affirmed where plaintiff's claim that Proposition 140 effects a revision to the California Constitution was already decided in the negative by the California Supreme Court.
