California Court of Appeal

People v. Clemons, B190535

A judgment sentencing defendant for custodial possession of a manufactured weapon is reversed where the trial court erred when it failed to allow him to enter a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity, when he unequivocally expressed his desire to do so, even though his counsel was opposed to entry of that plea.
