A conviction and sentence to state prison for involvement in a large-scale drug trafficking enterprise is affirmed over a claim of erroneous denial of a suppression motion where defendant did not have a legitimate privacy interest in his vehicle because he disassociated himself from the vehicle to avoid having it connected to him in the event that it was stopped during its use in drug trafficking.
