California Court of Appeal
In re N.M., B198837
An order terminating the parental rights of two minor children is affirmed over claims that the juvenile court and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services failed to comply with the Indian Child Welfare Act as: 1) the record in the underlying case did not establish a reasonable probability that the outcome would have been more favorable to the father had specific objections to the ICWA notices been raised by his counsel in the trial court; and 2) there was no indication in the record that the two children are Indian children.
