After finding defendant insane during commission of certain crimes but sane for others, sentence based on convictions for assault upon a peace officer during which defendant personally inflicted great bodily injury, battery with injury upon a peace officer, and battery with serious bodily injury, is vacated to the extent sentence committed defendant to state prison and ordered his state hospital commitment to commence upon the completion of his prison term.
