Order sustaining the allegations of a petition under Welfare and Institutions Code section 300 and declaring father's two children dependents of the court is reversed as the juvenile court erred in precluding father from offering any evidence or cross-examining any witnesses as a sanction for invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and refusing to testify.
