Rite Site Coaliton v. LA Unified Sch. Dist., B202053

Order denying motion for preliminary injunction seeking to prevent defendants from demolishing 49 units of housing to make way for a new school is reversed where the trial court denied the motion solely on the ground the balance of hardships favored defendant district, and declined to consider the potential merit of plaintiff's claims, believing it was unnecessary to address that factor.
