Stroud v. Tunzi, B194917

Order compelling law firm to release funds they wrongfully withheld from their former client in their attempt to recover their attorney's fees is affirmed where: 1) client's handwritten modifications to a contingency fee agreement did not comply with Business and Professions Code section 6147; and 2) order that plaintiffs release funds held in trust to defendant did not violate due process.
