California Court of Appeal
Goldman v. Simpson, B200082
Order denying O.J. Simpson's motion to vacate the renewal of a money judgment in favor of plaintiff Fred Goldman is affirmed where the trial court properly denied Simpson's motion to vacate as it was untimely, and it was based on a ground unavailable under the statutory renewal of judgment procedure, specifically, that he had insufficient contacts with California to confer personal jurisdiction at the time of the renewal.
