People v. Garcia, F052116
A conviction for possessing a sharp instrument in prison is affirmed where, under the circumstances, a denial of access to witnesses did not amount to a violation of defendant's constitutional right to present a defense. Only the state-law standard of reversibility applies, and the error is harmless under that standard.
