Conviction and sentence for assault with a firearm, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and battery with serious bodily injury are affirmed over claim that the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to discharge the jury panel after the prosecutor exercised peremptory challenges to dismiss four of six African-American potential jurors.
