In suit alleging violations of the FEHA, racial harassment, and retaliation, summary judgment for defendants is reversed in part where: 1) there is a triable issue of one or more material facts as to whether one year after the filing of plaintiff's administrative complaint with the DFEH, she continued to experience an adverse employment activity so as to defeat the statute of limitations defense; and 2) plaintiff raised triable issues of material fact with respect to her claims for race discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation, all in violation of the FEHA.
