California Court of Appeal

People v. Ramirez, A115138

Termination of probation and imposition of sentence for probation violation is affirmed where: 1) since defendant agreed to the increased sentence as part of a plea bargain for selling cocaine base, he cannot be heard to complain that the court exceeded its jurisdiction by imposing the modified sentence; and 2) his challenge is untimely since he did not appeal from the order imposing the increased sentence.
