Judgments terminating parental rights to minor and his four siblings, and order denying petitions for modification, are affirmed over claims that: 1) the court abused its discretion when it denied mother's modification petitions to return the children to her care; 2) termination of parental rights was detrimental to the children under Welfare and Institutions Code sections 366.26(c)(1)(A) and (c)(1)(E); and 3) insufficient evidence supported a finding minor was likely to be adopted, with his siblings or separately, within a reasonable time.
