California Court of Appeal
In re J.L., A117045
Decision of juvenile court to set aside defendant's voluntary declaration of paternity, reaffirmation of intervenor's status as minor's presumed and legal father, and granted custody of minor to intervenor are affirmed over defendant's claims that the juvenile court erred in: 1) its conduct of the proceedings; 2) setting aside his declaration of paternity; and 3) awarding custody to intervenor. A claim that defendant was denied effective assistance of counsel is also rejected.
