California Court of Appeal
Doe v. Salesian Soc'y, B198136
In suit alleging that plaintiffs were victims of childhood sexual molestation by one of defendant's priests, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed as defendant produced affirmative evidence from its past and current provincials that it received no reports of sexual misconduct by the priest, and plaintiffs' contrary evidence did not raise an inference casting doubt on the credibility of that claim.
