California Court of Appeal

In re Mariah T., B198361

Dependency court order taking jurisdiction over minor children based on allegations of sexual and physical abuse and placing children with their father is affirmed over claims that: 1) Welfare and Institutions Code section 300(a) is unconstitutionally vague; 2) there was insufficient evidence to support jurisdiction under any of the petition-s allegations; and 3) there was insufficient evidence to support the dispositional order that took the children from defendant mother and placed them with father.
