California Court of Appeal
Verga v. WCAB, C055711
Denial of compensation for psychiatric injury allegedly caused by harassment and persecution by petitioner's supervisor and co-workers is affirmed as substantial evidence supports the factual findings that petitioner's supervisor and co-workers did not persecute or harass her. Instead, it was petitioner who caused the stressful work environment by being rude, inflexible, easily upset, and demeaning toward other employees.
