Order modifying child support payments of former husband and directing former wife to pay one half of their minor children's uninsured health care costs is affirmed over former wife's claims that: 1) the trial court erred in holding a personal injury settlement annuity was not income; 2) she was denied her constitutional right of due process; 3) the trial court abused its discretion by significantly reducing the child support for their remaining minor child; 4) the trial court abused its discretion in ordering reimbursement; 5) the trial court should have granted her motion to vacate the judgment; and 6) the trial court abused its discretion in denying her request for attorney fees as sanctions.
