In suit alleging plaintiff, temporarily working at a California prison as a licensed clinical social worker, had been subjected to sexual harassment and a hostile work environment and was discharged when she complained, judgment notwithstanding the verdict following verdict for plaintiff on retaliation claim is reversed where plaintiff is an employee within the meaning of the FEHA and she had standing to assert the claim.
