Petition for writ of mandate challenging denial of petition to modify an order of the juvenile court placing a three-month-old in the care of his paternal grandmother is granted where the paternal grandmother intended to conceal relevant facts from the social workers and the police, and the danger so far outweighed any benefit the infant may have realized as a result of placement with paternal grandmother that it was an abuse of discretion not to err in favor of the safety of the child and order the child detained.
